Introduction
We build UV lamps for the textile industry that are made to live inside the real world of production. Not just any bulb—these are purpose-built systems, engineered to handle everything from polymer curing to fabric finishing. You need heat that shows up on time, every time, and stays steady even when the line is running hard. So we tailor each lamp to your exact setup—your line speed, your temperature needs, and the power you have available.
Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the core of what makes these lamps work: they’re built to run at 400V and deliver up to 2500W. That power density is what lets them heat up fast and hold the temperature steady under load. The tube length is chosen to match your machine—anywhere from 300mm to 1200mm—so the heat lands exactly where your material travels. And when you need surface heat without overheating the substrate, we lean into shortwave infrared. The payoff? Quick response and tight control over the cure window.
Material & Design
The heart of the lamp is a quartz envelope, chosen because it handles thermal shock well and keeps UV/IR transmission consistent. We add a reflective coating to focus the energy downward. That means less wasted heat and less stress on the parts nearby. For connections, we use R7s and SK15 terminations. They carry high current safely, lock in place, and hold up to the vibration of a machine that never really stops. Inside, the halogen fill keeps the filament stable and the light output steady over long runs—so your process stays consistent.
Application & Benefits
On the textile line, these lamps get the work done—curing coatings, setting adhesives, and drying inks—without forcing you to slow down. Because they’re compact, you can drop them right into existing ovens and curing stations as a straight swap. Now, a heads-up: a 2500W lamp packs serious heat density, so your machine’s cooling and ventilation need to be set up for it. But when you run it within the rated voltage, you get output that stays stable shift after shift—no drift, just repeatable performance.
