Getting the Power Right
Here’s the thing about UV curing. It’s a balancing act. We look at your line speed and how deep that cure needs to go, then we tweak the wattage and the thickness of the quartz sleeve to match. More power means you can push your throughput higher and shrink the size of your curing tunnel. That sounds great, right? But there’s a catch. Pushing all those watts into a small space creates a massive amount of heat. If your cooling fans or water jackets can’t handle that load, your lamp life is going to tank. We make sure the thermal side of the equation actually adds up before we ship anything.
Built for the Real World
We use high-purity fused quartz because we want as much UV light as possible hitting the substrate. And we’re done with flimsy clips. They’re a nightmare. Instead, we use reinforced housings that stay put, even when your press is screaming along at top speed. No vibrating loose, no loose electrical contacts, and definitely no arcing at the pins. It just stays connected.
